2. Excessive wear of cylinder liner is often accompanied by the following phenomena:
① Engine power decreases;
② Oil burning;
③ Excessive exhaust emissions.
3. The common phenomena associated with excessive wear of bearing bush are:
① The oil temperature rises faster;
② The oil pressure decreases obviously after the oil temperature increases;
③ There was a dull knocking sound.
4. The oil supply time is incorrect. If the oil supply time is incorrect, the engine will be difficult to start, the power will drop, and there will be abnormal smoke exhaust. If the oil supply time is too early or too late, there will be obvious cylinder knocking.
5. There is too little cooling water and too little engine oil. Check whether the water volume and oil volume are normal. If not, supplement them.
6. Overload operation confirm whether the machine has been overloaded for a long time. If so, immediately change to normal operation, and check whether the water temperature is normal after a period of time.
7. Insufficient air intake
(1) Check whether the air filter element is blocked;
(2) Whether the air filter inlet is blocked;
(3) Whether the turbocharger is damaged;
(4) Check whether the connection between turbocharger and engine air inlet is damaged. If so, corresponding measures shall be taken to solve it.
