At present, the classification of braking system includes: hydraulic single and double circuit braking system, pneumatic single and double circuit braking system, pneumatic / hydraulic single and double circuit power assisted braking system, hydraulic / pneumatic single and double circuit power assisted braking system. Rotary braking system using hydraulic pilot servo pressure, walking braking system using hydraulic pilot servo pressure, full hydraulic power braking system and so on.
Hydraulic remote powered brake system can provide normal braking and emergency power cut-off braking in various open hydraulic circuits, closed hydraulic circuits and load sensing hydraulic circuits. According to the brake pipeline, it can be divided into single pipeline system, double pipeline system and multi pipeline system.
The braking system can be applied to agricultural machinery vehicles, forestry vehicles, construction machinery vehicles, mining transport vehicles, airport ground auxiliary equipment, material handling equipment and lifting equipment.
Advantages of full hydraulic power braking system:
1. It has independent and compact brake elements, less pipeline connection and convenient installation and adjustment.
2. The service braking is sensitive, the two braking circuits can set different pressures, and the limited energy stored in the accumulator can realize the power cut-off braking.
3. The operation is labor-saving, and can provide a refined feeling of power to the pedal. Different reaction area and fixed pedal ratio can provide the required pedal force for different braking systems.
4. It is suitable for all kinds of vehicles, and can use the hydraulic system of existing vehicles, which is safe and reliable, but the maximum braking force cannot exceed the set value of the valve.
