Beyond the allowable pressure range will lead to hydraulic system overheating

The working pressure of excavator system should be adjusted within the specified range, beyond the allowable pressure range will lead to the increase of system oil temperature. The working pressure of hydraulic system depends on the external load. When the pressure is high, the leakage in the system increases and the oil temperature increases. When the pressure adjustment is too low, the opening pressure setting value of the relief valve which plays the role of unloading is low, which causes the valve body to open frequently, and the system is easy to be heated by frequency overflow. Therefore, the hydraulic system should reasonably set the working pressure of each valve body, such as relief valve, sequence valve, pressure reducing valve and so on.
