Energy loss of single bucket hydraulic excavator in operation. The energy loss of single bucket hydraulic excavator in working process is mainly the loss of hydraulic oil.
The loss of hydraulic oil is mainly composed of two parts, one is the loss along the path when the hydraulic oil passes through the pipe and joint, and the other is the throttling loss caused by the hydraulic oil passing through the control valve.
In fine operation, the working device has neither too much resistance nor too high speed. The working cylinder (or hydraulic motor does not require too much pressure or too much flow), so the driver often controls the speed of the working device by partially opening the control valve. Because the control valve is partially open, the hydraulic oil has a large throttling loss when it passes through the control valve.
Especially when the flow rate of oil intake is less than the minimum oil supply of oil pump, the pressure between the control valve and the oil pump increases continuously until the relief valve opens, then the excess high pressure oil will flow away from the relief valve, resulting in overflow loss.
To solve this problem, the computer can be used to detect the pressure of the hydraulic system, and the speed of the engine can be controlled from the pressure of the hydraulic system, so as to reduce the overflow loss and achieve the purpose of energy saving.
