1. Impure fuel
In fact, it is impossible to achieve 100% purity, and the filter will also have a filtering limit, so some small impurities in the fuel are carbonized and deposited in the cylinder after combustion.
2. Impure intake air
The two filter elements can not ensure 100% filtration of waste in the air. These fine dust enter the combustion chamber with the gas and deposit in the cylinder after combustion and carbonization.
3. Wear of moving parts
The moving parts in the cylinder, cylinder liner, valve, piston and piston ring will produce wear debris during high-speed movement, which will be deposited in the cylinder after burning.
4. Hazards of carbon deposition
When it comes to the harm of carbon deposition, we should first know the deposition place of carbon deposition. The carbon deposit after combustion, after explosive impact, will eventually deposit in the piston ring groove, injector nozzle and valve.
5. Deposit in piston ring groove
The deposits of combustion carbonization accumulate in the piston ring groove, which will accumulate more and more, stick to the piston ring, and finally deform and protrude the piston ring, scratch the cylinder liner, resulting in cylinder pulling and cylinder biting. All cylinder liners, pistons and piston rings are scrapped.
6. Deposit on fuel injector nozzle
The final result is to plug the fuel injection port, and the current technology can not repair the fuel injection port of EFI vehicles, so we can only replace the fuel injector.
7. Deposited at the valve
Excessive accumulation will cause uneven stress on the valve, fracture of the valve stem and fracture of the valve chassis. As a result, all the valves, keys, seat rings and pistons will be damaged.
