The structure of excavator includes power device, working device, slewing mechanism, control mechanism, transmission mechanism, walking mechanism and auxiliary facilities. The transmission mechanism transmits the power of the engine to the hydraulic motor, hydraulic cylinder and other actuating elements through the hydraulic pump to promote the action of the working device, so as to complete various operations. This article will briefly introduce several common classifications of the transmission system of excavators.
The transmission system of the single bucket hydraulic excavator transmits the output power of the diesel engine to the working device, rotary device, walking mechanism, etc. There are many types of hydraulic transmission systems for single bucket hydraulic excavators, which are customarily classified according to the number of main pumps, the regulation mode of power and the number of circuits. There are six kinds of single pump or double pump single circuit quantitative system, double pump double circuit quantitative system, multi pump multi circuit quantitative system, double pump double circuit partial power regulating variable system, double pump double circuit full power regulating quantitative system, multi pump multi circuit quantitative or variable hybrid system. It is divided into open system and closed system according to the way of oil circulation.
According to the oil supply mode, it is divided into series system and parallel system. The hydraulic system in which the flow output by the main pump is a fixed value is a quantitative hydraulic system. Conversely, the flow of the main pump can be changed by the regulating system is called variable system. In the quantitative system, each actuator works according to the fixed flow supplied by the oil pump without overflow, and the power of the oil pump is determined according to the fixed flow and the maximum working pressure.
