B. Lifting
The role of objects When the hydraulic excavator performs hoisting operations, confirm the surrounding conditions of the hoisting site, use high-strength hooks and wire ropes, and try to use special hoisting devices when hoisting; the operation mode should be micro-operation mode, and the movements should be slow and balanced; The length of the rope is appropriate. If the rope is too long, it will cause the hanging object to swing larger and difficult to accurately control; the bucket position must be adjusted correctly to prevent the steel wire rope from slipping; the construction personnel should try not to approach the hoisted object to prevent danger due to improper operation.
C. Trenching
1. Draw a reference line with lime to ensure that the center of the excavator and the teeth of the bucket are consistent with the auxiliary line.
2. If the width of the ditch is greater than the width of the bucket, start shoveling down from both sides of the ditch, and then dig the middle, which saves effort and fuel.
3. The leveling of the slope and the bottom of the ditch is very important. It needs to combine the technology of dumping and leveling, and if the engineering needs to install the pipeline, it must have a certain slope.
D. Cut flat
1; Stop the excavator and adjust the front and rear height as much as possible, stable and not shaking. This will help you look straight
2; Leveling in stages, from left to right, or from right to left. Step by step, make sure that each one is level. Retreat to the next stage after finding this section. Don’t retreat too far, and don’t retreat too close. Make sure that you are two or three meters ahead of the middle arm vertically.
3; The movements are soft, I will not explain how to be soft, but practice more.
4; mentality, mentality should be level, this is very important. Some novices start to be impetuous when they get injustice three or five times.
