1.Generating electric motors
The power generation motor is arranged between the engine and the hydraulic pump, which can significantly improve the transmission efficiency of the hydraulic pump. When the engine is idle, the generator generates electricity efficiently and replenishes the capacitor.
2.Rotary motor
When the slewing support decelerates, the rotary motor carries on the energy recovery. In the process of acceleration, the efficiency of the motor is higher than that of the hydraulic motor, and it has the characteristics of smooth rotation. The lubricating oil and cooling water circulation of the motor are guaranteed by the special device of the hybrid hydraulic excavator. Another feature of the rotary motor is the installation of a special reducer to meet the requirements of high-speed operation.
3.Inverters and capacitors
The inverter is integrated with the capacitor and is installed on the excavator as a compact structure. Ensure the reliability of each part by installing a special water cooling device. Capacitors charge and discharge through the migration of electrons and ions, which is actually a condenser. Therefore, compared with the chemical reaction battery, the capacitor can charge and discharge in a short time, which can adapt to the frequent change of engine speed of construction machinery.
In theory, inverters and capacitors do not heat and degenerate, so long life without maintenance.
A capacitor is a device that stores electrical energy generated by rotation. Cars with advanced hybrid power technology require large electrical energy during startup acceleration and then run at a relatively stable engine speed. Therefore, the battery is installed on the car as a storage device. Compared with the automobile, the construction machinery often causes the short time change of engine speed when working, and the installation of capacitor is to follow and adapt to the frequent change of engine speed in the process of excavator excavation.
4.Monitoring display devices
1)Energy saving display
A monitor screen installed on the driving seat can display fuel consumption for the last 5 minutes, display the form of a histogram and be located in the center of the display screen to help and encourage the driver to operate ecologically. The display can also be changed to display fuel consumption for the last 1 hour ,12 hours ,1 week or 1 month.
2)Electricity monitoring
Through conversion, the display screen can display the charge and discharge of capacitors and the auxiliary state of the generator motor as energy flow to the engine. The energy flow between system components and components is displayed on the display screen with different color symbols. Energy flow includes hydraulic energy flow, electric energy flow and regenerative energy flow.
