At present,the hydraulic excavator on the market uses the rotary motor to slow down the motor with the two-stage planetary gear reducer. Although the torque of the motor is very small, the torque increases greatly after deceleration through the reducer. Therefore, the stiffness and strength of gear and planetary gear frame are very high. Excavators need frequent rotary operations, so reducers also need frequent movement. If the gear inside the reducer can not be well lubricated, serious wear will be received. Therefore, it is necessary to lubricate and cool the rotary motor reducer, usually the lubrication and cooling of the reducer is mostly done by gear oil. Good quality gear oil is the basic guarantee to prolong the life of reducer.
Use good quality gear oil, and ensure the cleanliness and quantity of gear oil, replace gear oil on time, do daily maintenance of excavator. Be careful not to use the reverse brake in the correct operation, do not use the rotary force to work.
If there is a problem with the deceleration gear inside the reducer, another phenomenon is that the gear oil inside the motor appears shiny metal debris, and the gear oil is slightly sticky. Can release part of gear oil, through oil quality to determine whether there is a problem with the rotary motor reducer. If the oil quality is very poor, it can be determined that the rotary motor reducer has problems, and the rotary motor can be removed and checked.
Because of the high precision of gear chimerism in the reducer, the larger debris will jam the gears. If the first gear or the second gear is necrotic due to incorrect use, maintenance of the machine, only the broken gear can be replaced, and the internal cleaning of the reducer should be replaced to keep the gear oil highly clean. If the situation is serious, the whole deceleration mechanism needs to be replaced.
