If the excavator breaker is weak, it will affect the construction progress. This article will explain how to analyze and solve the problem of weak working failure of breaker, which is only for reference.
1) Low system pressure
Connect a pressure gauge with a measuring range of 25MPa at the pressure measuring point of the distribution valve to keep the engine and hydraulic oil at the normal working temperature and the engine speed at about 1800 R / min. operate the rotary bucket slide valve of the distribution valve to tilt the bucket back to the bottom. The pressure displayed on the pressure gauge should be 17Mpa. If it is lower than this value, the safety valve shall be disassembled and inspected to check whether the spring of the pilot valve of the hammer fitting is broken, whether the seal is good, whether the main valve core is stuck and whether the damping hole is blocked. If there are no problems above, adjust the pressure regulating screw to make the system pressure reach the normal value.
2) Internal leakage of boom cylinder or bucket cylinder
Retract the piston of boom cylinder or rotary bucket cylinder to the bottom, remove the oil pipe without rod cavity, and continue to fill the rod cavity of boom cylinder or rotary bucket cylinder with oil. If there is more oil leakage from the oil port without rod cavity, which exceeds the normal leakage, it indicates that the piston sealing ring has been damaged and should be replaced. It can also make the bucket full of load, lift it to the limit position, put the boom control lever in the middle position, shut down the engine and observe the sinking speed of the boom. Then place the boom control lever in the rising position. If the boom sinking speed is significantly accelerated at this time, it indicates that the internal leakage occurs in the hydraulic cylinder. If the sinking speed does not change significantly, the internal leakage is caused by the distribution valve.
3) Internal leakage of distribution valve
The main reasons for the internal leakage of the distribution valve are that the main valve core of the general safety valve is stuck, the matching gap between the valve rod and the valve body is too large, the triangular breaker or the valve body is strained and the seal is damaged.
4) Internal leakage of working gear pump
The internal leakage of the crusher hammer of the excavator is characterized by high noise during operation. The higher the engine speed, the greater the noise. If a large amount of copper chips are seen in the oil filter, the gear pump should be disassembled and inspected to detect the end clearance, meshing clearance and radial clearance of the gear, as well as whether the seal is in good condition. In case of out of tolerance or damage, it shall be repaired or replaced.
