How to check the breather valve of excavator in case of failure

The breather valve is installed above the hydraulic oil tank. It mainly plays the role of balancing the internal and external air pressure of the hydraulic tank during the process of hydraulic oil output and inflow from the tank. At the same time, the breather valve also has the function of filtering dust and other impurities in the atmosphere. Ensure that the cleanliness of hydraulic oil is not polluted by external dust. When the breather valve fails, the air pressure of the hydraulic oil tank cannot maintain the normal range.
First, check whether the breather valve structure is damaged. If it is damaged, it is necessary to replace the breather valve directly. If the breather valve is intact, check the filter element. The service life of the breather valve filter element is generally between 1000-2000 hours. If the filter element is damaged or there is too much dust on the surface, replace the filter element directly.
