There is usually an oil dipstick above the rotary motor. Usually, you can pull out the oil dipstick to observe whether the gear oil level is between the two observation holes at the bottom of the dipstick. The hole above the scale represents the highest liquid level, and the hole at the bottom represents the lowest liquid level. If the liquid level is between the two observation holes, it is the normal oil level. When the liquid level is lower than the lowest hole, the gear oil should be replenished in time. After reaching the oil change cycle, be sure to replace the new gear oil in time. The general time is half an hour after the excavator stops working. At this time, the gear oil is at the bottom of the reducer and the oil temperature will not be too high or too low. Drain all the old oil as much as possible. After the old oil is drained, tighten the oil drain screw. Then add new gear oil from the gear oil filler. At this time, pay attention to the ruler and avoid adding too little or too much gear oil.
