 1、 The quality of oil has nothing to do with the grade of oil.
         There is always a sense of bewilderment when you go to a gas station or a specialty store to buy engine oil. The colorful bottles on the shelf are dazzling, not to mention the eloquence of the salesmen. You can't know what to buy!
In fact, the oil label includes two parts: classification and viscosity specification.
A combination of two letters is used for oil classification. The series beginning with "s" represents gasoline engine oil. The general specifications are from Sa to Sn (in alphabetical order, but there is no SI). With each increasing letter, the performance of the engine oil will be better than that of the former one, and there will be more additives used to protect the engine. The later the letter is, the higher the quality grade is. Most of the oil grades in international brands are above SF level. The series beginning with "C" represents diesel engine oil. If the letters "s" and "C" exist at the same time, it means that the engine oil is of general use for gasoline and diesel.

         In addition to grading, there is a more common list of letters, For example, 15w-30, I believe that the meaning of this string of letters bothers many people. The letter "W" means winter. The higher the number in front of it, the better the low-temperature fluidity of engine oil is, the lower the ambient temperature is available for use, and the better the protection ability of the engine during cold start. For example, 10W stands for external low temperature resistance of – 25 ° C, while 20W stands for – 15 ° C. The number after w represents the kinematic viscosity of the oil at 100 ℃. The higher the value, the higher the viscosity. When 40 stands for 100 ℃, the standard of kinematic viscosity is between 12.5mm2/s and 16.3mm2/s, which is definitely not what some people say can be used at 40 ℃.

High temperature resistance is necessary.

Generally, a meter is attached to the glass or door of the cab of our excavator, which indicates the amount of engine oil to be filled. We can fill the engine oil according to this amount.
        In addition, there are organic oil dipstick on the engine of the excavator. When adding some oil, it is necessary to add as little as possible. After adding some oil, wait for about one minute to pull out the oil dipstick to see whether the current oil level is between the scale marks of the oil dipstick. Adding oil in several times can avoid excessive oil addition. The oil level can be between the upper and lower scales of the oil dipstick.
