As the temperature gradually rises, many users report that the hydraulic oil temperature of the excavator is high. If the high temperature of hydraulic oil is not handled in time, it will cause internal leakage of hydraulic pump, main control valve and various working devices. If it is serious, it must be repaired or replaced. During daily use, determine whether the hydraulic oil temperature is too high by measuring the hydraulic oil tank temperature. The hydraulic oil in the hydraulic tank is the return oil after passing through the radiator. The normal temperature value should be 45-55 ℃. The temperature of the hydraulic oil in the working device is higher than that of the hydraulic oil tank, which can reach 80 ℃. However, excavators below 40 tons have no hydraulic oil temperature sensor. So it cannot be viewed on the display screen. It is necessary to test the temperature of the hydraulic oil tank with an infrared temperature detector. Therefore, it is judged whether the hydraulic oil temperature is too high.
