The use time of the excavator is less than 5000 hours, which is also the stage in which the excavator plays the greatest role. At this time, although all parts have gone through the running in period and the lubrication coordination has been completed, the workload cannot be continuously increased. It is best to have a maintenance schedule.
1) Daily maintenance. Check for oil, water and gas leakage and overheating of parts. Check the diesel engine oil, coolant and hydraulic oil levels. Check the tire pressure and damage. Check instruments and lights. Press grease into each hinge joint.
2) Weekly maintenance. Replace the transmission oil and clean the oil pan filter screen. Change the engine oil. Check the liquid level of the battery and apply vaseline to the battery connector. Check the fastening of rim, brake disc bolts and axle bolts. Check the fastening condition of each fastening bolt. Check the oil level of the front and rear axles. Clean the air filter and replace the filter element if necessary. Clean the oil, diesel and transmission oil filters. Check whether the welds of working device and front and rear frame are cracked.
3) Monthly maintenance. Replace the front and rear axle gear oil. Clean the oil suction screen of the diesel tank. Remove the pollutants on the surface of water tank and radiator. Change engine oil, oil and diesel oil filter. Replace the transmission oil and oil filter. Check the engine valve clearance. Check the operation of the engine. Check the operation of the hydraulic system. Check the performance of the steering system. Check the performance of the brake system and replace the brake oil.
