Hydraulic oil filter element is used in hydraulic system to filter solid particles and colloidal substances in working medium. It can effectively control the pollution degree of working medium and protect the normal operation of mechanical equipment. It is an indispensable part of the pipeline series for conveying medium. It is usually installed in the filter at the inlet end of the hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil filter element is mainly made of stainless steel woven mesh, sintered mesh and iron woven mesh. Because the filter materials used are mainly glass fiber filter paper, chemical fiber filter paper and wood pulp filter paper, it has the characteristics of high concentricity, high pressure and good straightness. Its structure is made of single-layer or multi-layer metal mesh and filter material. In specific use, the number of layers and the mesh of the mesh are determined according to different use conditions and uses. 1. Drain the old hydraulic oil before replacing the filter element. Check whether the oil return filter element, oil absorption filter element and pilot filter element are attached with iron filings, copper filings or other impurities. If there may be hydraulic component failure, clean the system after troubleshooting.
2. When replacing hydraulic oil, all hydraulic oil filter elements must be replaced at the same time, otherwise it is equivalent to not replacing.
3. Identify the hydraulic oil grade. Hydraulic oils of different grades and brands cannot be mixed, which may react and deteriorate to produce flocs. It is recommended to use the designated oil of this brand of excavator.
4. Before refueling, the oil suction filter element must be installed first, and the pipe orifice covered by the oil suction filter element directly leads to the main pump. If impurities enter, it will accelerate the wear of the main pump, and in serious cases, the pump will be damaged.
5. Add oil to the standard position. Generally, there is an oil level gauge on the hydraulic oil tank. Observe the oil level gauge. Pay attention to the parking mode. Generally, all oil cylinders are retracted, that is, the small boom and bucket are fully extended and landed.
6. After adding oil, pay attention to the main pump to exhaust air, otherwise it may cause temporary excavator inaction and abnormal noise of the main pump, and in serious cases, cavitation will damage the main pump. The air exhaust method is to loosen the pipe joint directly on the top of the main pump and fill it directly.
