1. Use a high-quality breaker with accumulator
Due to the design, manufacture, inspection and other links, the low-quality breaker is prone to problems, and the failure rate is high in use, which is more likely to cause damage to the excavator.
2. It can work at the engine speed of medium throttle
As the breaker has low requirements for working pressure and flow, the medium throttle can work. If the operation of high throttle will not improve the strike force, it will also cause abnormal temperature rise of hydraulic oil and cause great damage to the hydraulic system.
3. Correct time, frequency and quantity of lubricating grease supplement
The lubricating grease shall be supplemented when the steel drill is pressed and straightened, and it shall be filled every 2 hours. If the lubricating grease is supplemented when the steel drill is suspended, the grease will enter the strike chamber. During the strike, abnormal high-pressure oil will enter the hydraulic system and damage the hydraulic pump.
4. Hydraulic oil quantity and pollution
Since hydraulic oil pollution is one of the main causes of hydraulic pump failure, the pollution status of hydraulic oil should be confirmed in time. Generally, the hydraulic oil is replaced in 600 hours and the filter element is replaced in 100 hours. The lack of hydraulic oil will produce cavitation, resulting in hydraulic pump failure, breaker, piston and cylinder strain, etc. It is recommended to check the oil level before use every day.
5. Replace the oil seal in time
The oil seal is a vulnerable part. It is recommended to replace the oil seal of the crusher hammer once after the crusher hammer works for about 600-800 hours. When the oil seal leaks oil, it must stop working immediately and replace the oil seal. Otherwise, dust is easy to enter the hydraulic system, damage the hydraulic system and damage the hydraulic pump.
6. Keep the pipeline clean
When installing the breaker pipeline, it must be thoroughly cleaned and the inlet and return oil circuits shall be connected circularly. When replacing the bucket, the pipeline of the breaker must be blocked to keep the pipeline clean. Sand and other sundries are easy to damage the hydraulic pump after entering the hydraulic system.
7. The hydraulic system shall be preheated before using the breaker
When the breaker is parked, the hydraulic oil from the upper part will flow to the lower part. It is recommended to operate with a small throttle at the beginning of use every day, and then use a medium throttle after the oil film of the piston cylinder of the breaker is formed, so as to protect the hydraulic system of the excavator.
8. The broken hammer used for demolition is more frequently damaged than the broken hammer used in the mine
Because the dust is easy to enter the breaker cylinder along the steel drill, resulting in the pollution and rapid aging of the hydraulic oil, it is recommended to install an oil return filter element in the oil return circuit.
9. It is forbidden to play empty
Empty beating will not only cause the rise of oil temperature, but also produce abnormal vibration, resulting in impurities entering the rigid body of the breaker.
10. For long-term storage, remove the steel drill and release the nitrogen
When storing the breaker for a long time, the steel drill should be removed first, the nitrogen in the upper cylinder should be released, and the piston should be pushed to the end to avoid rusting the exposed part of the piston and damaging the main pump of the main engine.
