The hybrid power technology is introduced into the development market of hydraulic excavator and combined with the energy saving measures of hydraulic system, which has great energy saving potential.
Hybrid excavators have three structures: series, parallel and hybrid. Through the analysis and comparison of the system, it is shown that the parallel connection system is the most suitable structure for hydraulic excavator to save energy at present. The mechanical energy of the engine is output directly to the hydraulic pump.
