Hydraulic oil temperature control system of hydraulic excavator

In the hydraulic oil temperature control system, most of the power loss of the hydraulic system is converted into heat, which causes the oil temperature to rise. As a result, not only the efficiency of the hydraulic system decreases, but also the oil quality deteriorates. According to the information, the service life of the hydraulic oil will be shortened by half when the temperature of the hydraulic oil exceeds 55 ℃ and increases by 9 ℃. Therefore, high temperature of hydraulic oil should be avoided as far as possible. When the oil temperature control device is combined with the energy-saving control device, it is in the alarm state. When the device works, it first sets the hot-melt overtemperature protector within the reasonable temperature range of the system, then closes the magnetic steel type temperature limiting switch, and disconnects the temperature control switch under the control of the self-locking function. When the oil temperature rises to the set temperature of the over temperature protector, the magnetic steel temperature limiting switch will automatically turn off and the temperature control switch will turn on. At the same time, the temperature control indicator lights up to give early warning. The indication signal controls the throttle opening of the diesel engine through the operation mode selection switch of the electronic energy-saving control module and the throttle electronic controller. By reducing the speed of the diesel engine, the flow of the hydraulic pump is reduced, the heat generation of the hydraulic system is controlled, and the continuous rise of the oil temperature is avoided. After the temperature warning is released, the influence of oil temperature rise on the electronic energy-saving control module can be eliminated by closing the magnetic steel temperature limit switch, so that the excavator can return to normal working state.
