The drill rod does not always keep perpendicular to the broken object, does not press the object tightly, does not stop working immediately after breaking, and several empty strokes occur from time to time. The wrong operation of empty beating will cause the main body bolts to loosen, the front body to be damaged, and even the excavator to be damaged. Be careful.
3. The drill rod shakes
No matter how skilled the operator is, it is impossible to break without shaking a bit of drill rod, but such behavior must be minimized. Otherwise, the damage of bolts and drill rods is easy to accumulate and cause greater damage. In addition, bad operations such as falling too fast and pounding broken objects must be corrected in time.
4. Operation in cement sand
In places such as water or sediment, the probability of using breaker is small, but the possibility of construction under this working condition cannot be ruled out. At this time, except for the drill rod, the part of the breaker body cannot be soaked in cement sand. Because the breaker is composed of precision parts, such precision parts are most likely to seriously affect the performance of the piston due to ponding and soil, which will greatly reduce the service life of the breaker.
5. Continuous operation
Sometimes, when the project time is particularly urgent, the operator will continue to work continuously. When the breaking hammer works continuously on a hard object, the continuous breaking time at the same position shall not exceed one minute, mainly to prevent high oil temperature and drill rod damage.
6. Breaker pushes heavy objects
The operation of pushing heavy objects with the guard board of the breaker is often encountered in practical operation, but this behavior is very dangerous. On the one hand, it will damage the breaking hammer itself. On the other hand, if the model equipped with the breaking hammer is small, it will cause dangerous accidents such as broken arm and rollover of the machine.
