Inspection method for hydraulic cylinder settlement of excavator

Generally, if there is no gap outside, the hydraulic cylinder will drift too fast, which means there is leakage in the load oil circuit. The most intuitive way to judge the leakproofness of hydraulic oil cylinder of excavator is to conduct plugging test. But we must pay attention to safety. Next, we will explain how to conduct inspection.
1. When performing the blocking test of lifting boom settlement, first place the boom and stick at a 90 degree angle. Then plug the boom cylinder bottom cavity oil port and oil pipe. Finally, start the engine and extend the stick outward to lift the bucket off the ground. The settlement velocity can be measured.
2. During the settlement plugging test of the stick cylinder, first extend the stick outward to make the bucket fall to the ground and plug the rod cavity oil port and oil pipe. Then start the engine and lift the boom to make the bucket off the ground for measurement. The settlement test method of bucket cylinder is similar.
