Inspection method of excavator bucket cylinder failure

When a hydraulic excavator is digging the trench, the digging bucket moves slowly until it cannot work normally. According to the analysis, it may be due to the failure of bucket digging cylinder. When the bucket digging cylinder moves slowly or does not move, check its appearance first. If there is no abnormality, check the oil return filter element again. With the frequent work of the bucket cylinder piston, particles generated due to wear and other reasons will flow with the working medium. It is intercepted by the oil return filter element in the oil return pipeline. If a large black rubber block is found in the oil return filter element, it indicates that the piston sealing ring is damaged. If iron chips of different sizes are found, it indicates that particles are generated due to the friction between the steel sealing ring and the inner wall of the cylinder barrel. If there is gray or light yellow translucent nylon material, it indicates that the wear ring is damaged. Through inspection, it was found that there were a large amount of metal powder, black rubber blocks, brown nylon and small metal particles in the oil return filter element of the excavator. It was found that the piston sealing ring and wear ring were completely damaged after disassembling and inspecting the bucket cylinder. Two steel rings are stuck in the piston ring groove. The steel ring is broken. There are serious friction marks on the inner wall of the cylinder barrel. There are a lot of metal powder and particles at the bottom of the cylinder. The above inspection results show that the bucket cylinder is damaged. Only replace the bucket cylinder with a new one.
