During and just after the operation, the hydraulic oil temperature is still very high. Therefore, take special care when viewing and maintaining the hydraulic system.
1. Place the machine on the horizontal ground, lower the bucket to the ground, and then release the hydraulic pipeline pressure.
2. Shut down the hydraulic excavator for coal mine, and conduct maintenance after the oil temperature drops. Even if the oil temperature drops, there is still pressure inside the system. When checking and maintaining the hydraulic circuit, in order to release the internal pressure of the system, air should be discharged from the hydraulic oil tank.
3. Regularly check the hydraulic oil level, replace the oil filter and fill the hydraulic oil.
4. After disassembling the high-pressure hose, check whether the O-ring or sealing gasket is damaged. Replace if damaged.
5. After cleaning or replacing the filter element and filter screen of the hydraulic oil filter, or after disassembling the hydraulic pipeline, the air in the oil circuit shall be discharged.
6. There is high-pressure nitrogen in the accumulator, so it is quite dangerous to use it incorrectly. It must be used in strict accordance with the regulations.
