1.Track roller
Avoid soaking
In the work should we should try to avoid the track roller soaking in mud for a long time. After the work is finished every day, we should support the one side track, drive the walking motor to shake off the dirt, gravel and other sundries with the rate belt.
Keep dry
Winter construction must keep the track roller dry, because there is a floating seal between the outer wheel and the shaft of the track roller, if there is water will form ice at night, the next day when moving the excavator, sealing in the ice contact will be scratched resulting in oil leakage.
Avoid damage
Track roller damage will cause a lot of failures, such as walking deviation, walking powerlessness and so on.
2.Carrier roller
Avoid damage
Carrier roller is located above the x frame, the function is to maintain the linear motion of the chain rail, such as the damage of the carrier roller will lead to the track track track can not keep straight line.
Keep clean, do not soak mud
A carrier roller is a one-time injection of lubricating oil, if oil leakage can only be replaced, in the work should try to avoid the carrier roller soaking in mud for a long time, usually to keep the x inclined platform clean, Don't let too much mud and gravel block the sprocket rotation.
3.Idler
The idler is located in front of the X frame, and the idler is connected with the tension spring installed inside the X frame.
Keep direction ahead
In the process of operation and walking, the idler should be kept in front, which can avoid the abnormal wear of the chain, and the spring can also absorb the impact of the road surface and reduce the wear.
4.Sprocket
Hold sprocket behind X frame
The sprocket is located behind the X frame because it is directly fixed on the X frame and has no shock absorption function. If the sprocket walks in front, it will not only wear the sprocket and the chain, but also have a bad effect on the X frame.
Regular cleaning of protective panels
The walking motor guard can protect the motor and the internal space will also enter some soil and gravel, which will wear and tear the tubing of the walking motor, and the moisture in the soil will corrode the joint of the tubing. So open the guard regularly to clean up the dirt.
5.Track links
The track link assembly is mainly composed of track shoe and track chain. The track shoe is divided into standard plate and lengthening plate. The standard plate is used in earthwork condition and the lengthening plate is used in wetland condition.
Clearing of gravel
The wear of track shoe is the most serious in mine condition. When walking, the gravel will sometimes be stuck in the gap between the two plates. When it is transferred to contact with the ground, the two plates will be extruded, and the track shoe will easily produce bending deformation.
Avoid excessive track inflation
The chain is in contact with the sprocket and rotates by the sprocket. Too tight track will cause early wear of section links, sprocket and idler.
6.Bolt and nut
Maintain bolt status
Check that the bolts of the crawler parts are loose. If there is loosening, please refer to the maintenance instructions to tighten the torque.
7.Methods of sediment cleaning
Daily check before work: confirm the rotation of the sprocket and the supporting wheel.
Check after daily work: clean up dirt, sediment, mineral powder and other attachments glued to chassis parts.
Cleaning methods:
1. Lift one side track, suspended in mid-air so that it idling the attachment vibration;
2. Direct cleaning support sprocket, support wheel, final transmission of sediment, gravel, mineral powder and other attachments;
3. Water directly wash sediment, gravel, mineral powder and other attachments.
