Generally, if there is no gap outside, the hydraulic cylinder will drift too fast, which means there is leakage in the load oil circuit. The most intuitive way to judge the leakproofness of hydraulic oil cylinder of excavator is to conduct plugging test. But we must pay attention to safety. 1. First, when the hydraulic lock is in the determined position, check whether it becomes normal. If it is the priority to check the PPC valve.
2. Then conduct the oil cylinder plugging port test. Check whether it is caused by cylinder damage. If yes, repair the cylinder.
3. Then replace the overload overflow valve. Check whether it is the overload overflow valve fault. If yes, repair or replace it.
4. Finally, check whether the valve rod is not smooth. Check again after cleaning. If it is still not smooth, it is necessary to repair the main control valve.
