4. When reversing the excavator, pay attention to the space behind the vehicle, pay attention to the blind area behind the excavator, and ask a special person to direct and assist if necessary.
5. If the walking bar is in the low speed range, the engine speed will increase suddenly, so the driver should operate the walking bar carefully.
6. When the excavator is walking on the bad ground, the rock should be avoided to damage the traveling motor and crawler frame. The mud, sand and stone entering the crawler will affect the normal running of the excavator and the service life of the crawler. There are also excavators working in many mines. There are many rocks. At this time, pay attention to the chassis and four wheels of the excavator, and pay attention to whether they are loose or damaged. It is better to check the tension of the track than it is on the flat ground. Working in the mountains, the working device of the excavator will be damaged faster, so we should pay attention to the use of reinforced excavator working device, and timely replacement.
7. Try to avoid the excavator wading. When wading, the underwater ground condition should be inspected first, and the water surface should not exceed the upper edge of the roller. Some excavators work by the sea, others work in the sea. In this case, after the excavator is finished, it is necessary to wash the parts of the excavator that have been in contact with salt water with clean water, and pay more attention to whether the electrical parts are corroded. After cleaning, use oil to protect the exposed metal, then lubricate the working devices and components of the excavator, and check whether the components are loose and damaged. If it is found, it must be handled in time. If we don't pay attention to the maintenance work of the excavator in the seaside, it is possible to rust the metal of the excavator and greatly affect the working state of the excavator.
8. When the excavator is walking on the ramp, the track direction and ground conditions shall be ensured to make the excavator run as straight as possible; the bucket shall be kept 20-30cm above the ground; if the excavator skids or is unstable, the bucket shall be put down immediately; when the engine stalls on the ramp, the bucket shall be lowered to the ground, the control lever shall be placed in the middle position, and then the engine shall be restarted.
