Lubricating oil is very important for construction machinery and equipment. Good oil selection can reduce the probability of failure of construction machinery and equipment. 1. The more engine oil, the better
The amount of lubricating oil should be controlled between the upper and lower scale lines of the oil dipstick. As we all know, a small amount of oil will cause insufficient oil supply, poor lubrication and mechanical accidents. Therefore, do not add more fuel for fear of insufficient fuel. In fact, too much oil will not only increase the power consumption of the crankshaft due to the increase of rotating resistance, but also the oil is prone to bubble, emulsification and leakage, resulting in poor lubrication.
2. The higher the oil viscosity, the better
If the viscosity grade of lubricating oil is too high, the pumping performance of oil pump will be poor, and its lubricity, washability and heat dissipation will be deteriorated, which is easy to cause semi dry friction of parts. Weak engine operation, oil consumption and oil channeling are the external characteristics of the deterioration of engine technical condition. However, it cannot be proved that the use of high viscosity engine oil can solve this problem. On the contrary, it will increase the starting resistance of the engine, deteriorate the lubrication performance and aggravate the friction loss of the parts.
3. Change the oil in strict accordance with the oil grade required by the machine
The oil grade specified in the mechanical operation manual is for general working conditions. In the practice of oil change and maintenance of the machine, the actual service conditions should also be considered. If the actual service conditions are more severe than the specified service conditions, the oil of a higher grade should be selected, or the oil change cycle should be shortened appropriately.
4. If the lubricating oil turns black, it will deteriorate
At present, in order to improve its lubricating performance, an appropriate amount of various additives are added to the lubricating oil on the market. It is normal for the lubricating oil of internal combustion machinery with detergent dispersant to turn black soon after use and cannot be replaced easily. The lubricating oil with additives often darkens the bearing surface during use, which is also a normal phenomenon. Therefore, when determining whether the lubricating oil has deteriorated, it can not be judged by vision alone, but by comprehensive analysis. If possible, the oil shall be tested and tested to change the oil according to the quality.
