According to the different causes of the abnormal noise of the rotary mechanism caused by the mechanical fault, the abnormal noise of the rotary mechanism of the hydraulic excavator can be further divided into the abnormal noise of the rotary support, the abnormal noise of the rotary motor and the meshing noise of the inner teeth of the rotary support and the pinion of the rotary motor.
Noise of rotating motor
The rotary motor consists of a hydraulic motor which rotates through the circulation of working oil and a deceleration mechanism which is used to reduce the output speed of the hydraulic motor and improve the rotary torque. The deceleration mechanism of rotary motor usually consists of two groups of solar wheel, planetary wheel, planetary frame and gear ring. The abnormal noise of rotary motor is generally caused by mechanical failure of deceleration mechanism.
The abnormal noise of the rotary motor caused by the lubrication problem of the deceleration mechanism occurs when the lubricating oil is not added for a long time, and the abnormal noise can be eliminated after the lubricating oil is added in time.
Reducer mechanism damage occurs in the rotary motor deceleration mechanism for a long time. The abnormal noise caused by the damage of the deceleration mechanism can be heard when the rotary mechanism rotates left and right. The deceleration mechanism of rotary motor is more complex, disassembly and maintenance are difficult, and not all causes will lead to abnormal noise. In the fault finding stage, the new rotary motor should be replaced directly to judge whether it is the abnormal noise caused by the rotary motor. After the abnormal noise caused by the damage of the rotary motor deceleration mechanism is determined, the deceleration mechanism is disassembled and repaired or the parts are replaced.
