Using parallel hybrid power, relative series system, has the advantages of installed power pin and high efficiency, and the disadvantage is high additional cost. During the operation of the system, when the energy required by the hydraulic pump is less than the output energy of the engine, the engine drives the hydraulic pump to transfer the excess energy to the super capacitor charge through the ISG(integrated starter and generator)motor.
When the hydraulic pump needs more energy than the output energy of the engine, the motor driven by the engine and the super capacitor drive the hydraulic pump together. The rotary system uses ISG motor to replace the traditional hydraulic rotary motor. When the rotary system is braking, the super capacitor is charged by ISG motor. The potential energy in the process of arm descent is recovered by hydraulic motor and generator system, and the energy is stored in super capacitor.
Features of the system are: when the load power demand is high, the hydraulic pump is driven by the ISG motor auxiliary engine, thus reducing the output power of the engine and ensuring that the engine works at the best working point of the fuel oil. When the load power requirement is low, the motor absorbs the excess power of the engine and charges the super capacitor, which also ensures that the engine works at the best working point.
