Possible phenomenon of excavator after exhaust valve failure

Excavators may encounter various failure problems during construction in a relatively harsh environment for a long time. Especially the high temperature of hydraulic oil and other faults. This failure is partly caused by the deterioration of hydraulic oil. Dirty hydraulic oil with impurities can easily lead to high temperature of hydraulic oil. This situation is closely related to the exhaust valve of the hydraulic tank. If the exhaust valve is not replaced for a long time, the hydraulic oil will become dirty if it is directly contacted with the outside world. If the exhaust valve fails to operate normally, the excavator will have the following phenomena.
1. The hydraulic pump makes abnormal noise when it is empty. The pilot oil pipe has vibration and noise. The excavator action is abnormal. The above conditions are mostly caused by blocked exhaust valve or blocked exhaust.
2. It affects the working efficiency of the hydraulic system. The excavator pressure is unstable. The excavator is unstable and uncoordinated.
3. The hydraulic oil temperature is high. The temperature in the oil tank rises and the pressure is too high. If it is serious, the fuel tank will crack.
4. The hydraulic oil temperature is too dirty. There is a lot of dust around the exhaust valve and the outer wall of the oil tank. This indicates that there are too many impurities attached to the filter element of the exhaust valve or the filter element has been damaged, affecting the filtering effect. Similarly, too much dirt and impurities in hydraulic oil will also cause high temperature of hydraulic oil.
