Single flange roller and double flange roller is applied in special model of crawler excavators and bulldozers from 5T to 100T. Track rollers are widely applied in bulldozers and excavators like Komatsu, Hitachi, Kobelco and Hyundai etc.

It adopts high strength wear-resistant steel.Refining the metal grain and increasing the density of the material in producting process. The metal fiber organization is continuous.

Bucket tooth connect with bucket by welding matching adapter on bucket. Our adapters produced by special steel material.

Upper carrier roller is applied in crawler excavator and bulldozer from 5T to 100T. Double-cone sealing and lubrication make upper carrier rollers have longer working time and better performance. Fine machining makes upper carrier rollers had good surface and precise size.
