Mini excavators, also known as small excavation machinery, have different definitions, such as: in countries where backhoe loaders sell well (such as the UK, France and Italy), 1 to 3-ton mini excavator products are the mainstream. While in countries where backhoe loaders are not very popular (e.g. Germany), the 4 to 6 ton class products are preferred. However, almost all countries tend to buy larger equipment, which leads us to conclude that the definition of mini excavators is 1 to 6 tons of backhoe loaders can be called mini excavators, of which 2.7 to 3.0 tons of products accounted for a larger proportion, the reason is that they can easily use common transport vehicles for ground transfer. Mini excavators benefit from their compact stature, making them ideal for earthmoving applications mainly in urban areas.
Producing Process
1. Develop requirement analysis. According to the function, performance, operating environment and other factors, work with the customer to develop a detailed user requirements statement, and then determine the development goals.
2. Preliminary program design. According to the requirement analysis, we will make a plan, including function and parameter setting, basic calculation, drawing preliminary three-dimensional total, etc., and then conduct a preliminary review with the customer.
3. The detailed program design. Listen to the preliminary review and implement the program design. Modify and refine the 3D model general drawing, draw the 3D drawing of parts, carry out finite element analysis and dynamic simulation of structural components. And then conduct the second review with the customer.
4. Finalization of the scheme and drawing. Listen to the opinions of the second review and modify the scheme design. Draw the plan (such as parts drawing, parts assembly drawing and general assembly drawing, painting drawing, etc.), out the parts list, the list of wearing parts.
5. Produce all technical documents, including publicity and technical samples, product instruction manuals.
