Backtrack Link
Track chains, one of the individual element of undercarriage, comprising of, among others: chain pins and sleeves that are subjected to careful grinding and inductive quenching process, as well as chain links that are cast from special steel and subjected to deep inductive quenching proces.
Track Chains
There are three types of chains: sealed, sealed and greased, and sealed and lubricated (also referred to as self-lubricating). With this classification in mind, another key element to consider is the chain faster mechanism, which can be accomplished using pins with pads, t-pins, or a split link (the most user-friendly method of assembly or disassembly a chain). It's worth noting that the first two types are typically found in excavators, while the third is found in bulldozers. Because the use of grease and seals in the chain extends the chain's life by about 20%, and the use of oil and seals extends the chain's life by about 50%, we primarily provide the two latter types of chains.
Moreover, the seals used in the chains sold by us not only prevent outflow of grease outside the chain, but also prevent penetration of contamination from outside.
It is also necessary to use a faster approach to track the chain. The one that uses a split link, which is commonly used in oil chains, is the most ergonomic and fastest. This method enables relatively simple chain assembly and disassembly using readily available equipment. Greased chains, on the other hand, have a pin that makes assembly and disassembly easier. When compared to normal pins, this technique definitely speeds up the track chain. Aside from the chain types listed above, numerous variants, such as chains with revolving sleeves, are feasible.
Track Plates
Tracked vehicles can function on a variety of terrain thanks to track shoes. The plates are available with a single, double, or triple grouser, depending on the application. Excavators have triple-grouser shoes, tracked loaders have double-grouser shoes, while bulldozers have single-grouser shoes. The track shoes can be up to 1200 mm wide, depending on the terrain and the machine's weight. It should be noted that the plates we offer are made from suitable steel that has been thermally treated for optimal abrasion resistance.
