Bucket Wheel Excavator Operation
We believe that the special operator is very professional and there is not much difficulties to operate an excavator for them. Practise makes perfect. And we want to give you some advice when operate an excavator.
1. Excavator is a fixed asset with large economic investment. In order to improve its service life and obtain greater economic benefits, the equipment must be fixed with people, machines, posts and responsibilities. When the post must be transferred, the equipment disclosure shall be carried out.
2. After the excavator enters the construction site, the driver shall first observe the geology of the working face and the surrounding environment. There shall be no obstacles within the rotation radius of the excavator to avoid scratching or damage to the vehicle.
3. After the machine is started, no one is allowed to stand in the bucket, shovel arm and crawler to ensure safe production.
4. During the operation of the excavator, no person is allowed to work, stay or walk within the turning radius or under the bucket. No drivers are not allowed to enter the cab and touch or train the driver, so as to avoid damage to electrical equipment.
5. When the excavator is moving, the driver shall observe and whistle first, and then move to avoid safety accidents caused by someone at the mechanical side. The position after moving shall ensure that the space of the excavator's rotation radius is free of any obstacles, and illegal operation is strictly prohibited.
