Introduction

C95 full hydraulic construction excavator is a new generation flagship product that is completely developed and upgraded on the basis of B90 products.This model is independently researched and developed by our own group. It won the CMIIC2021 star product award. XINYUAN owns the independent intellectual property right of this excavator. It can be applied to some different working suitation which include site leveling, foundation excavation, road construction, ditch excavation, backfilling, reclamation and hoisting etc.

1)The load sensitive hydraulic system

Equipped with a new load sensitive hydraulic system. The load sensing system can accurately control and provide the required hydraulic power according to the excavators’ load. The construction excavator operates quickly and smoothly, and its efficiency is higher than the conventional hydraulic system. The self-developed hydraulic pump is highly matched with the engine, which can better use the power of the engine and improve the working efficiency.

2)The convenient controlling system

It is equipped with a unique intelligent control system and fully adopts CAN highway technology. Also equipped with intelligent components such as linked instruments, operation panels, dual monitors, main controllers, front, middle and rear body controllers. MEMS attitude sensor is used to monitor the undercarriage attitude. If have any problems,will alarm the driver. The CPU can diagnose and alarm more than 800 kinds of faults such as power system, hydraulic system and excavator body status in real time, which enhance the pertinence of maintenance, and realize maintenance prompt in the startup information area. All use semiconductor power elements. The electronic control system has a longer service life. It has the functions of short circuit protection, overcurrent protection and open circuit prompt. Reduce the difficulty of maintenance.

3)Big capacity fuel tank

The fuel tank is made of polyethylene. The problem of rust and low cleanliness is avoided. The shape is designed with multiple stiffeners to make the box structure more solid. With a large liquid capacity of 180 liters and an energy-saving and efficient engine, this wheeled excavator can work longer.
