1)Better appearance design

The body covering parts are formed by integral stamping with a drawing mould to reduce the structural instability caused by splicing. The body covering can be opened in a large area, and the maintenance project layout is unified and windowed. Just gently pull the switch, and the daily maintenance items are clear and convenient. Equipped with large capacity tool box and grease bucket, daily maintenance and use are more convenient. The surface is painted through multiple processes of degreasing, pickling and phosphating. The paint surface is sprayed with high-performance paint with uniform film quality. 

2)Independently developed axles and upper platform

Used front and rear axles independently developed by Xinyuan. Adopted the integral casting axle housing, which has the characteristics of stronger bearing capacity. It can adapt to more harsh working environments. It has the advantages of stability, reliability and low maintenance cost. And Xinyuan has a number of patents about these technology. The upper platform is optimized and strengthened for the stressed parts of the structure. Thus, it has better mechanical properties and can bear greater work quality. All structural parts are welded by robots, with high and stable weld quality.

3)Safety body design

The upper platform cover adopts a low body position design. Enlarge the rear view mirror and the observation mirror at the lower side to further narrow the blind area. This wheel excavator is equipped with a comprehensive light alarm system to improve the warning effect on the surrounding personnel when operating the excavator. The bright LED rear lamp and independent reversing lamp make the light source more conspicuous and improve the recognition of the appearance. At the same time, warning lights are also provided on the top of the cab and the side tool box. The switch can be controlled separately during driving and operation.

A1:Normally we export by Xiamen port.

Q2:Which emission standard was your engine met?

A2:Our engine is met Chinese National Non-road Machinery Emission Standard III.

Q3:How long will it take to produce?

A3:Normally produce 25 – 30 days. In case of force majeure,the time of production will be extended.

Q4:Can require to use the other engine brands which we specified?

A4:Sorry,we can’t change the engine. Because YC engine is cost-effective engine brand after the long term test. And we have a long terms cooperation with YUCHAI. Also they could provide the better after sales service for the engine.

Q5:Did your excavator have ECU or ECM?

A5:Our excavator have ECU.
