Quick Overview
Idler wheel operation is designed to guide rail chain smooth to prevent the deviation or deviant. It also bear the weight as a supporting role to increase the area of contact rail chain on the gound and reduce the ground pressure. The idler wheel is made into the torus surface; the middle part-stop armbands are used hyaving guide effect; the parts on both sides of the toroidal support rail chain. The distance shorter between guide wheel and the nearest support wheel, the better the performance of the lead.
Our Strength
The excavator idler sprocket body adopts resin sand process casting box structure; the outside of wheel body appearance and quality have reasonable mechanical structure performance at the same time. The base body is normalized to obtain good impact resistance; and the track surface medium frequency induction quenching heat treatment. Our products' surface hardness reaches HRC48-54, 6mm depth that is not less than HRC46. It has the wear resistance performance under severe working conditions.
