Introduction

B75w-9 is one of hydraulic four wheel drive excavator which equipped national Ⅲ standard of YUCHAI turbocharged engine and plunger pump.These equipment ensure this excavator's coherent steps in working time. It is equipped with electronic throttle, optimized movable arm and stick, radiator cooling effect and air conditioning system.These devices greatly improve work efficiency and performance. It adopts to the mudguard and pedal set on the crossbeam to ensure the operation comfort and operation stability of the excavator. In addition, an inverted color meter and a butter barrel placing rack are added. B75w-9 also has the advantages of oil saving and environmental protection.

1、The overall appearance is modified. The glass installed on the door can be opened left and right. The control space of the cab is enlarged, and the air conditioner is built in. The air is discharged from the top to the bottom and surrounded by multiple air outlets, which improves the comfort.

2、The engine is equipped with a turbocharger, with a rated power of 50KW. The engine is equipped with turbocharging and high-pressure common rail fuel system. The muffler can reduce vibration and sound insulation. The noise of the whole vehicle can be reduced by 50-10 DB through multi-channel improvement. Due to long-term light load operation, vehicle fuel consumption decreased.

3、A battery is added to the whole vehicle line system, the voltage is up to 24 V, and the electronic accelerator is adopted.

4、The hydraulic system is optimized, and the oil discharge and digging force are improved at the same time.

5、High performance liquid industrial coatings are used for paints with better adhesion. It is water-resistant, alkaline-resistant, acid-resistant, heat and moisture-resistant, impact-resistant, glossy and durable to fade when left outdoors for a long time.
