The Blow-out air cooling system is adopted to meet the heat radiation requirements of power system even in high temperature environment. The specific parts configuration was developed by Xinyuan. It could made the excavator have the longer service life and better performance. 1.Powerful power system

C75w engines equipped with BOSCH high-pressure common rail fuel injection system. It has the advantages of high performance and low energy consumption. It conforms to the Chinese National Non-road Machinery Emission Standard. The excavator can selected to equip with Yuchai or Xinchai engine to meet the requirement of different emission standard. Whether it is high load operation or fine operation, it has excellent performance. The open hydraulic system could maximumlly use the power output from the engine, and greatly improve the work efficiency. This hydraulic system has the advantages of mature technology, stable performance, strong anti-pollution ability, lower failure rate, more convenient maintenance, lower cost, etc.

2.Updated parts configuration

The new plastic fuel tank adopts the rotational molding process. It has a larger fuel capacity. The tank body is added with multiple reinforcing ribs. This is more solid than the iron oil tank and will not have rust. Ensure the cleanness of fuel and increase the service life of engine fuel injection system. It is equipped with special fuse box for construction machinery. It can effectively ensure the stable operation of the electrical system. Equipped with aluminum air cylinder. It could  decrease the failure caused by rust of air cylinder to provide safety guarantee for the work of the braking system. Make it have more powerful braking performance.

A1:  The main difference is the type of traveling motor. Mechanical excavator is used mechanical traveling motor. Full hydraulic excavator is used hydraulic type.
