Mini Excavator Sprockets

Brief Introduction

Mini excavator sprockets are applied in special model of crawler excavators and bulldozer from 5T to 100T. The sprocket is formed by casting process. Finish machining makes the sprocket have smooth surface and accurate precision. Heat treatment is adopted to ensure better hardness and crack resistance in working time.

Advantages

The chain material is made of high quality alloy structural steel, and the inner and outer chain plates are precision forged to improve the internal organization of the metal and enhance the mechanical properties of the metal, as well as to reduce the weight of the chain while the chain strength remains unchanged by removing the superfluous materials. The plate chain adopts the structure of sleeve and roller, and the forged chain makes the sleeve and segment into one, which increases the thickness of the sleeve, improves the toughness and durability. 

(1)Stable operation. At present, after the transformation, the hoist has been running for several years, and the operation is stable and satisfactory.

(2) Reduce electricity consumption. Due to the reduction of the hoist running resistance, its operating current from 420A before the transformation to 350A after the transformation. 280,000kWh of electricity can be saved each year.

(3) Reduce operation and maintenance costs. The chain wheel is easy to disassemble and install, and the maintenance time is shortened from 2 to 3 days to half a day, saving time, energy and materials. The improvement of the material of driving sprocket, the reliability of the equipment is greatly improved, and the annual maintenance cost can be saved about 150,000 Yuan. The service life of the equipment is extended by 1.5 times.
