This hydraulic excavator have some advantages which include strong work device, big capacity fuel tank, spacious operation room, etc.. It could change to other working device to meet the request on difference working environment. It won the CMIIC2021 star product award. 1.Load sensitive hydraulic system

Equipped with a new load sensitive hydraulic system. The load sensing system can accurately control and provide the required hydraulic power according to the excavators’ load. The power loss is greatly reduced and can better save fuel and reduce the heating capacity of the hydraulic system. The hydraulic excavator operates quickly and smoothly, and its efficiency is higher than the conventional hydraulic system. The self-developed hydraulic pump is highly matched with the engine, which can better use the power of the engine and improve the working efficiency.

2.Big capacity fuel tank

The fuel tank is made of polyethylene. The problem of rust and low cleanliness is avoided. The shape is designed with multiple stiffeners to make the box structure more solid. With a large liquid capacity of 180 liters and an energy-saving and efficient engine, this mini excavator with wheels can work longer.

3.Better control and display equipment

It has control and display configuration at the automobile level. The instrument adopts a 7-inch full-color LCD screen, with clearer display effect and richer colors. The resolution reaches 800*480. The black edge of the screen edge is small, making the display screen take up a larger proportion. The indicator icon is displayed on the instrument, and the virtual instrument and body status are displayed. It has rich operation information prompts. The position and angle of the display are facing the driver’s face for easy observation and inspection. The operation panel adopts integrated design. The silicone keys are comfortable to handle. It can realize the practical functions such as keyless one key start, electronic parking and manual idling. The keys are equipped with LED lights and backlight display to solve the problem of night operation.

A2: We used XINYUAN brand. The hydraulic pump were self-developed according to the engine which we used. It could be high matching with the engine to better efficiency.

Q3: Can we require to change the engine?

A3: Sorry,we can’t change the engine. Because YUCHAI engine is cost-effective engine which we have long term test before. And we have long term cooperation with YUCHAI, they could provide the better after-sell service of engine.
