Introduction

C95 is a new generation flagship mini rubber tire excavator. It is completely developed and upgraded that based on B90 wheeled excavator. C95 was equipped with high power engine which have BOSCH high-pressure common rail injection system. The new load-sensitive hydraulic system was ensure the high working efficiency of excavator. The self-developed body design and undercarriages were strengthened the bearing capacity and stability. It won the CMIIC2021 star product award in China. XINYUAN owns the independent intellectual property right of this wheeled excavator.

Blow out cooling system

Adopting transverse engine layout. There is a split line in the body design to isolate the high-temperature area of the machine. The cab and fuel tank located in the low temperature area, so that the power heat does not affect the comfort of the cab and the temperature of the fuel tank. The air circulation inside the engine room is formed by adopting the design of multi-faceted heat dissipation grid. This model adopts a self-developed blow out cooling system. This cooling system can continuously pour in the low-temperature airflow and discharge the heat at the same time, so as to achieve better heat dissipation performance. Ensure that the excavator can operate normally under the high temperature. Therefore, compared with the traditional cooling system, XINYUAN mini rubber tire excavator can maintain good working efficiency in the high temperature working environment. Large combined radiator is equipped. Make the air flow cooling effect better, and meet the heat dissipation requirements of the engine and hydraulic system in the high temperature environment. It also features lower noise and better driving comfort.

The dual hydraulic braking system

C95 wheel excavator adopts a two-way hydraulic brake system, equipped with two completely independent brake oil circuits. If have failure of the one of braking system, the another can maintain operation, providing double guarantee for the safety of driving operation. The working pressure of the hydraulic braking system could reach to 6.8Mpa. Its braking torque is greater and its response is sensitive.

Intelligent control system

It is equipped with a unique intelligent control system and fully adopts CAN highway technology. Also equipped with intelligent components such as linked instruments, operation panels, dual monitors, main controllers, front, middle and rear body controllers. MEMS attitude sensor is used to monitor the undercarriage attitude. If have any problems,will alarm the driver. The CPU can diagnose and alarm more than 800 kinds of faults such as power system, hydraulic system and excavator body status in real time,  which enhance the pertinence of maintenance, and realize maintenance prompt in the startup information area. All use semiconductor power elements. The electronic control system has a longer service life. It has the functions of short circuit protection, overcurrent protection and open circuit prompt. Reduce the difficulty of maintenance.

A2: We used XINYUAN brand. The hydraulic pump were self-developed according to the engine. It could be high matching with the engine to ensure the better efficiency.
