1.Self-developed body structure design
Adopting the heavy load main beam structure for this wheel excavator. It can better bear the full cast iron integrated counterweight. The double D type large section side beam ensures that the upper body can meet the used requirements of the whole service life. Setting the boom to the side can make the working device closer to the swing center. And the overall force of the excavator is optimized to offset the impact of inertia on the rubber wheeled excavator during rotary operation. And the structural parts are welded by robots to ensure high and stable weld quality.
2.New dual hydraulic braking system
C95 wheel excavator adopts dual hydraulic brake system which equipped with two completely independent brake oil circuits. If have failure of the one braking system, the another can keep operation. It could provided double guarantee for the safety of driving operation. The working pressure of the hydraulic braking system could reach to 6.8Mpa. Its braking torque is greater and its response is sensitive.
3.Comprehensive safety design
The upper platform cover adopts a low body position design. Enlarge the rear view mirror and the observation mirror at the lower side to further narrow the blind area. This wheel excavator is equipped with a comprehensive light alarm system to improve the warning effect on the surrounding people when operating the excavator. The bright LED rear lamp and independent reversing lamp make the light source more conspicuous and improve the recognition of the appearance. At the same time, warning lights are also provided on the top of the cab and the side tool box. The switch can be controlled separately during driving and operation.
