Working Device: The modular quick-swift system developed by Xinyuan Heavy Industry makes the excavator a multi-functional operating machine. And users are able to recover their cost quickly. A series of different working devices are suitable for various working conditions and are designed to maximize production efficiency and durability.

Control System: The intelligent control system is composed of linked instrument assembly, operation panel assembly, video monitor, main controller, front, middle and rear body controller and other intelligent components. CPU can carry out real-time diagnosis and alarm for more than 800 faults such as power system, hydraulic system and body status, so as to enhance the pertinence of maintenance.

Chassis: The low center of gravity design of the chassis can better ensure the stability and safety of operation and walking. The efficient and flexible walking mechanism can expand the application scope of the machine and maximize the benefits.

The Vehicle Body: The body cover can be opened in a large area, and the maintenance project layout is unified and windowed. The user only needs to pull the switch gently, and the daily maintenance can be implemented in one step. The excavator is equipped with a large capacity toolbox and butter bucket, which makes the whole machine more practical and convenient.

Driving Space: The interior structure of the cab is more spacious, and the large-size glass design makes the vision wider and the blind area smaller. There is a damping plate design at the bottom, which can not only improve comfort, but also have better sound insulation effect. The layout of operating devices in the cab is ergonomic, and automatic gear shifting makes it easier for the driver. Each small excavation is equipped with a whole vehicle instrument intelligent control system as standard, and is equipped with a new operation panel. There are also high-definition reversing images and blind area monitoring functions. 

Boom and Oil Tank: Extended boom and stick are optional in the machine class, so that the working device has a wider working range. In addition, the large capacity plastic fuel tank of C85 can hold 180L of engine oil at one time, and multiple stiffeners are designed in the shape, so as to make the box stronger and cleaner.

The Axle, Platform and Balance Weight: We design and manufacture independently by ourselves in front and rear axles. With integral cast axle housing, stronger bearing capacity and more patents are given to our machines. The  integrated rear counterweight block, beautiful and harmonious appearance. Designed for the weighting of clamping operation, the stability is greatly improved.

Cooling System and Dual Hydraulic Braking System: This C85 wheel excavator equips a combined cooling system and inter-cooler, leading a larger space for cooling, which meets the needs of cooling down for the hydraulic system from the engine. Besides, dual hydraulic braking system is set in this machine as well. Known by the name, there are two separate braking tubes making sure a higher safety. As once one of the braking tubes broke down while the other is still able to work normally. Hence, dual hydraulic braking system provides double guarantees.

Engine: XINYUAN C85 wheeled excavator is equipped with an advanced engine with High-pressure common-rail injection system presenting excellent working condition, which accords with non-road motor machinery emission standards. Double pumps and double circuits of hydraulic system is also set in this machine working perfectly with the engine, which leads to a smoother action, better technic, more stable condition and lower maintain cost.
