Advantages
1.Efficient power system
Engines equipped with BOSCH high-pressure common rail fuel injection system. It has the advantages of high performance and low energy consumption. It conforms to the Chinese National Non-road Machinery Emission Standard. The wheeled excavator can selected to equip with Yuchai or Xinchai engine to met the requiry of different emission standard. Whether it is high load operation or fine operation, it has excellent performance. The hydraulic system adopts three pump confluence technology. It is highly compatible with the engine. It could maximumlly use the power output from the engine, and greatly improve the work efficiency. The open hydraulic system has the advantages of mature technology, stable performance, strong anti pollution ability, lower failure rate, more convenient maintenance, lower cost, etc.
2.Blow-out cooling system
A new blow-out cooling system is adopted. Use larger parallel radiator. It can also provide powerful heat radiation capability to meet the heat radiation requirements of the engine and hydraulic system, even under the condition of 45 ℃ ambient temperature. Ensure that the engine and hydraulic system are always in the best working condition. At the same time, the blow-out cooling system can discharge heat from the cabin to create a comfortable operating environment for the driver.
3.Strength configuration of upper platform
The newly designed upper platform adopts double C-shaped large section side beam which has higher strength than traditional type. Strengthen the structural design of the boom block. Special high-strength steel is used for welding. Make the operation of the working device more stable. The slewing bearing is designed and strengthened with reference to heavy excavator. The number of fastening bolts shall be increased according to the supporting stress points to improve the working load strength of the upper platform. The rear part is equipped with an integrated fully cast rear counterweight to optimize the heavy layout of the whole tyre excavator. The excavator has higher stability and better balance during operation. The rear counterweight adopts the embracing design, which has the advantages of firmness and reliability. It can effectively prevent rear crash to cause the damaging internal parts of the fuselage, and improve safety.
