Why Rubber Link
The rubber track from the small track excavator has the characteristics of light weight, low vibration, low noise, high adhesion, good ground adaptability and no damage to the road surface.
As normal link excavator, the basic structure of rubber track is the same as that of steel track, which is usually composed of guide wheel, supporting wheel, driving wheel, support wheel, track and walking frame.
The rubber track is a whole continuous track made of rubber molding. The heart is strengthened with fabric and multiple steel wires. There are shoes on the outside and transmission parts on the inside. Steel transmission parts are embedded in vulcanized rubber belt. The main parameters of rubber track are pitch, number of sections, track width, pattern style, embedded metal parts style, etc.
The driving wheel is installed on the traveling reducer to wind the crawler to ensure mechanical driving operation. The driving wheel used for rubber crawler adopts convex tooth shape. There is bending stress in the working process of crawler, which will cause fatigue damage of crawler, so the diameter of driving wheel is not easy to be too small.
