C75w was updated and strengthened on the basis of B75 series rubber tyre excavator. Equipped with 48kW engines which adopted BOSCH high-pressure common rail fuel injection system. It can provide powerful power for excavator and reduce fuel consumption at the same time. It can meet the requirements for energy conservation and environmental protection. The open hydraulic system has the advantages of stable performance and convenient maintenance. The Blow-out cooling system is adopted to meet the heat radiation requirements of engine and hydraulic system even in high temperature environment. Advantages
1.The new blow-out air cooling system
This wheeled excavator adopted a new blow-out air cooling system. Use larger parallel radiator. It can also provide powerful heat radiation capability to meet the heat radiation requirements of the engine and hydraulic system, even under the condition of 45 ℃ ambient temperature. Ensure that the engine and hydraulic system are always in the best working condition. At the same time, the blow-out cooling system can discharge heat from the cabin to create a comfortable operating environment for the driver.
2.Better excavator body design
The new engine cover is used non porous design to avoid falling leaves or others entering the cabin. It could effectively reduce noise. The whole body cover are redesigned. This wheel excavator adopted the drawing die process to one-time forming. The surface is processed by degreased, acid pickled and phosphatized to remove impurities and rust. The finish paint of appearance are beautiful and durable. It is adopted independent assembled tail throat.
3.Convenient daily maintenance
Our engineer was used comprehensive optimization design which point at the platform to promote its rationality and durability. The body covering can be opened in a large area to maximize the maintenance space. It is promote the convenience in daily maintenance.
