C75w rubber wheel excavator was equipped with engines which have BOSCH high-pressure common rail fuel injection system. It can provide powerful power for excavator and reduce fuel consumption at the same time. The engines were conformed Chinese National Non-road Machinery Emission Standards. This wheeled excavator could select two different engine brand to meet the different emission standard. Our engineers were designed this self-developed opening hydraulic pump which according to the engine. Made it has highly matching with engine to increase the work efficiencies of excavator. The new blow-out cooling system could meet the heat radiation requirements of engine and hydraulic system even in high temperature environment. C75w could select to equip with different work devices include breaker, wood clips, stone clips, etc.

1.Stable upper platform structure

The newly designed upper platform adopts double C-shaped large section side beam which has higher strength than traditional type. Strengthen the structural design of the boom block. Special high-strength steel is used for welding. Make the operation of the working device more stable. The slewing bearing is designed and strengthened with reference to heavy excavator. The rear counterweight adopts the embracing design. It can effectively prevent rear crash to cause the damaging internal parts of the fuselage and improve safety.

2.Convenient maintenance design

The engineer was used comprehensive optimization design which point at the platform to promote its rationality and durability. The body covering can be opened in a large area to maximize the maintenance space. It is promote the convenience in daily maintenance. Battery, air filter, diesel filter, oil filter, air reservoir and other parts are arranged in the same area. Only simply flip the switch, the daily maintenance items are clear.

The new plastic fuel tank adopts the rotational molding process. It has a larger fuel capacity. The tank body is added with multiple reinforcing ribs. This is more solid than the iron oil tank and will not have rust. Ensure the cleanness of fuel and increase the service life of engine fuel injection system. It is equipped with special fuse box for construction machinery. It can effectively ensure the stable operation of the electrical system.
