Speaking of track link quality, all users will inevitably encounter rubber track failure during work. Let's take a look at how the rubber track fails. The rubber track consists of chain rail links, chain rail sleeves, track pins, track shoes and track shoe bolts. 

In addition to manufacturing quality, the service life of the track is mainly related to the operation and use of the driver. Correct operation will prolong the service life of the track and reduce the construction cost. What are the reasons for the damage of the track?

1、 The stones in the track were not removed in time. During the construction of the excavator, soil or gravel will roll into the track and be squeezed between the idlers, drive wheel and track with the rotation of the track, which will lengthen the track. When the squeezing force in the track exceeds the bearing capacity of the chain rail, the chain rail will break. 

If the soil or gravel rolls into the chain rail, the idler and roller cannot be controlled by the rail chain, resulting in the track entering the rail. At this time, if the driver forces the track to derail instead of loosening the tensioning cylinder of the track, the track is easy to break and will accelerate the wear of the track and four wheels (idler, track roller, carrier roller and sprocket).

2、 Improper choice of walking road. The construction road and site of earthwork engineering are uneven. If the driver does not choose a better walking route when moving the excavator, when the crawler is pressed on the protruding part of the road, a certain point of the crawler will bear the weight of the machine; Seriously violate the safety operation regulations and often walk on roads with a slope of more than 30 degrees. 

When the machine cannot climb up, the method of climbing by inserting the bucket into the soil and relying on the telescopic force of the stick arm oil cylinder is adopted. The above practices are easy to damage and strain the track.

3、 The apron is uneven. The excavator was in the "three legs" state, violating the safety operation regulations. Especially when excavating on the rock after blasting, the apron is not easy to level due to different stone particle sizes, resulting in uneven stress on the excavator track; The crawler of the excavator is squeezed between the support and the stone. 

When the excavator loads and rotates, almost all the weight of the whole machine is concentrated on the crawler on one side, and the crawler is cracked or broken due to stress concentration.
