Track Link Welding
Having wide choice range, the chain and oil chain are applicable to special model od crawler type excavators and bulldozers fron 0.8T to 100T. It is widely applied in bulldozers and excavators of Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Kobelco, and Hyundai etc.
Made of special steel material, pin and bush go through special heat treatment, so the wear-resistance is improved to maxmium extent. Chain inside is spread with lubrication oil and equipped with polyurethane dus steel and further prolong service life.
All chains are assembled with the high precision design and manufacturing parts.
Track Link Quality
High-degree inductive harden surface.
The chain goes through thermal refining first, and then its chain rail surface undertakes medium frequently induction. All the heat treatment ensure chain strength and wear-resisting property greatly.
